Vintage mid-century black leather coin purse with kiss-lock frame

Beautifully made from soft black leather with a rounded silhouette and an engraved metal frame featuring a repeating geometric design. Opens to reveal a soft suede/leather interior with separate compartments for coins, folded bills or other tiny essentials.  The petite size and classic frame construction give this piece wonderful 1940s–60s cocktail-era style—perfect for a vintage handbag collection, evening accessories, period-inspired styling or simply as a charming little everyday coin purse.  Approx. 4” wide x 4½” tall. Please see measurement photos.  Good vintage condition with expected creasing, surface wear and patina from age and use. There is a small rough/peeled area to the leather inside one compartment where an old adhesive label was removed. This is inside the purse and does not affect the exterior appearance.
