This is a usuba knife from Masamoto Sohonten.
I purchased it about 20 years ago, but I haven't used it much and it's been stored away.

Size: 23.5cm blade length, 37.8cm total length, 288g weight.

There is a chip on the handle of the knife.

There are no chips on the blade, and I recall sharpening it only a few times.
